Open this page in Chrome
  1. Use Chrome. If you opened this from WhatsApp, tap Open this page in Chrome, or the ⋮ menu then Open in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install Health Vault. If there is no button, tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Install to confirm.

iPhone or iPad

Open this page in Safari
  1. Make sure this page is open in Safari. From WhatsApp, use the button above, or tap ⋯ then Open in Safari.
  2. Tap Share (bottom of the screen on iPhone, top right on iPad). On newer iPhones tap ⋯ first, then Share.
  3. Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen , then Add.

Apple does not let any website install itself, so these taps are the only way on iPhone and iPad. On iPhone, notifications only work once Health Vault is on your home screen.

Nothing from your vault is ever stored on your phone: every screen opens live from our server, so a lost phone does not give away your record. Health Vault is designed and run in line with POPIA.
